A single origin coffee from Huila, Colombia has notes of dark chocolate and nut with a caramel aroma.
Sourced from over 4,000 small farms creating this regional blend of Caturra and Typica varities. The small farms in the Huila region range from altitudes of 1,520 to 1,650 metres and use traditional hand-crank de-pulping machines to remove the cherry from the bean. Raised beds are used to sun-dry the coffee. The result is a bright acidity with a creamy body and a quality that exceeds the norm.
