Light-Medium Roast and Medium Body with Notes of Sweet Herbs, Coconut, and Juicy Acidity followed by a Fruity Aroma
This single-origin coffee is sourced from the Nyamasheke district in Rwanda. A red bourbon coffee grown at an altitude of 1,650 – 1,850m.
To bring out more sweetness in the coffee, workers perform ‘ikinimba’- a traditional singing of five songs, while the last mucilage is cleaned from the coffee. The result is an award winning coffee, fit for international barista competitions. A fruity aroma proceeds notes of sweet herbs and coconut followed by a juicy acidity.
